What is AuditBull?
A Governance, Risk & Compliance platform that runs your risk program where your people already work: reviews, attestations, and surveys arrive as Microsoft Teams cards and are completed in place, while administrators run the full program — registers, committees, vendors, dashboards — in the web app at app.auditbull.com.
How do I get access?
Use Request access on the sign-in page to start a review. AuditBull or your named partner coordinates approved workspace activation with its designated administrator. If your organization already uses AuditBull, ask your workspace administrator for an invitation and follow the activation instructions. An access request, invitation or Teams installation does not itself grant access.
What does it cost?
The Foundation tier is free forever. Pro is $999/month billed annually ($11,988/year), or $1,500 month-to-month. Enterprise is $2,500/month billed annually ($30,000/year), or $3,500 month-to-month. Flat pricing, no per-seat fees. Ask AuditBull or your authorized partner to arrange an upgrade. Purchases and issued license keys are managed through the website/admin process; Teams does not collect or apply license keys. Online billing actions appear only when available for your workspace.
Do I need Microsoft Teams?
No — the web app works standalone, and you can sign in with a Microsoft work account, Google, or email. Teams is where AuditBull shines, though: the bot delivers your compliance work as actionable cards in chat.
Where is my data stored?
On Microsoft Azure in the United States (US-East region) only. We don't offer EU or APAC data residency at launch. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How is my data protected?
Per-tenant isolation enforced at the database with Row-Level Security, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, secrets in Azure Key Vault, an append-only audit trail, and no customer passwords stored — authentication is delegated to Microsoft Entra ID and Clerk. How do I delete my data?
Submit a verified request in-platform. We revoke access and delete your tenant data from live systems within 90 days; encrypted backups expire on a rolling schedule within 35 days after that. Audit-trail records are pseudonymized rather than deleted, preserving the integrity of your compliance history. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data?
You can export your audit log as CSV in-product at any time. Broader data-portability exports are available on request with our assistance.
